By far the most challenging cosplay I’ve made to date – Wonder Woman’s Golden Eagle Armor from WW84. This cosplay took months to create, not only because it was time consuming and tedious, but because I kept having to take brain breaks while working through trial and error methods. Eventually, I was able to finish the cosplay before the movie was released at the end of December 2020.
For this cosplay, I made a Worbla base and glued down gold, mirror vinyl fabric to create the metallic armor. The undersuit was made from gold spandex fabric which I dyed a golden-brown color to allow the details to stand out. The suit’s details were designed on my iPad (available for download on my Etsy shop) and cut out onto gold metallic heat-transfer vinyl using a Cricut machine. I have two in-depth tutorials on my YouTube, embedded below, showing how I did these!
Here are a few photos from a shoot I had with my uncle!
